Pasta Tagglierini (500 g)
Taglierini are a very well-known long, thin pasta type from Liguria. The name comes from the method in which they were made in the homes of the locals. The dough is rolled and folded rather than extruded and then sliced into long, thin ribbons. Maintaining this homemade technique means that Lie Gourmet Taglierini have a fresh-pasta consistency which helps absorb the sauce or the pesto.
